Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken pieces on the sheet in a single layer, making sure they do not touch. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each piece. Continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is hot and crispy. Remove from the oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
